Bua Gym Free Trial

I’ve been a member for nearly three years and it was the best decision I made for both my physical and mental health. I’ve made brilliant friends here and it has an excellent social side to it. I’ve been a member of gyms all my adult life but was never good at motivating myself to work hard and to push myself, so being at a class based gym and having new workouts to do every day of the week is ideal for me. The coaches here are outstanding and are always pushing you to your limits. I’d recommend Crossfit Bua to anyone looking to improve their all round health and well being. I’m forty and am easily the fittest I’ve ever been.

Best gym I ever joined. The coaches are all exceptional and after 3 years of training, I have made huge gains in fitness, strength and overall well being. Not to mention the great bunch of people who train there!

Having played GAA all my life I moved to Dublin for work, I needed to get back into a sport where I could be flexible due to working shift but also wanted that team and community feel so after trying going to the gym by myself I failed to keep myself interested and lost my fitness. Then I found CrossFit Swords now CrossFit Bua. My first session was one of the hardest I’d done but I loved it from day 1. The attention to detail from the coaches is second to none, they learn your name straight away which breaks the ice completely and makes you feel right at home. The classes are always engaging and any questions or issues I’ve never been made feel like a burden. The community aspect I thought may have been clicky and intimidating but I couldn’t be more wrong. People in the class push you to be best you can through encouragement and friendly competition. Would highly recommend giving it a go with one of the taster classes!

The atmosphere in bua is great, and also the structure and equipment of the gym are very good. I am from Argentina and from day 1 everyone made me feel super integrated. Bua culture really feels good!!

I’m really happy for joining CrossFit Bua! The facilities and material are amazing, the WODs are always fun and everyone is really nice! But the coaches and all the staff are just incredible. I feel like home here.
