Battle Cancer will be coming back to Ireland ahead of their summer teams competition. They have teamed up with CrossFit Bua to run a Battle Cancer Roadshow. This will be running across 3 of our Bua locations over the coming weeks.
Dates and Locations:
April 29th @9am- Bua Dunleer
May 6th @9am- Bua Naas
May 13th @10.30 and 11.30am- Bua Santry
We will be running 2-3 9-minute team workouts (think DB’s. KB’s, ergs, bodyweight movements, team-based challenges, no barbell or gymnastics).
Much like their main events they love good music, accessible workouts for all to work hard at their own level, a good fun atmosphere and to raise awareness of what they do.
We will also have some goodies from their partners to hand out at each location.
Bookings for these classes will open on Monday 24th April at 9am. Be ready with your finger on the trigger as this one will book out quickly.
Classes in all other gyms not hosting the event will go ahead as normal, however, this event is open to all Bua members so please come along to whatever gym is closest to you!
