Five Stars all day, what an incredible place to be part of, the training, the coaching, the people. A warm welcoming environment that makes training so much easier. Highly recommended.

Me walking in and me walking out after training session or another activity (chats, chill room discussions) are two different people. Every time I walk out being a better version of myself. I am glad that I can train here and the only regret is that I didn’t start earlier.

Full marks all round. The facilities are excellent, matched only by the coaching staff and the comradery amongst all of the members everyday. I have found Crossfit in general to be a perfect replacement for the team based sports that I used to play, as going to commercial gyms on my own just wasn’t cutting it. I’m now doing the best training that I’ve ever done under the top class guidance of all the coaches who are always willing to go above and beyond to help you with your training if you want to go to the next level.

A great gym. A lovely feel of comradery, everyone is there from members to instructors encouraging you to get the most of out of your workout (as well as some fun and banter). All the instructors are friendly and know how to adapt the workout to your fitness level and are always on hand for any inquiries or advice. The crossfit gym is well set out with changing rooms and showers available too. Cannot recommend this place enough great for the veteran and beginner alike.

Kind and detailed, and the gym is fun. Facility is spacious and clean. The atmosphere between the coach and the members is very good, and there is a dedicated app, so the system such as payment and attendance is convenient.

I would also like to thank the whole team at Bua for building such a fanatic community to train in. Bua is my third CrossFit box I have trained with due to the nature of my work, and it has certainly been the best one to date.
