A trial class is designed to help you understand how training works, meet the coaches, and see if the environment feels right for you.
Before the Trial Class Begins
Before you train, a coach will usually ask a few simple questions. This might include your training history, injuries, or goals. There is no expectation to be fit or experienced.
You will be shown around the gym, where equipment is, and how the class is structured. This helps remove uncertainty before the workout starts.
How a CrossFit Class Is Structured
Most CrossFit classes follow a clear format.
First, the coach explains the session and the goal of the workout. Movements are demonstrated, and options are shown for different abilities. This is especially important for anyone new to training.

After the Trial Class
After the session, the coach will usually check in with you. You can talk about how it felt, what you enjoyed, and what you found challenging. There is no pressure to sign up on the spot.
